Swedish (Relaxation)

Extremely effective for general relaxation and stress relief.  Simple movements are done along the grain of the muscle and across the fibers of the muscle to stretch and widen the muscle which increases circulation.

 

Deep Tissue

Deep slow pressure strokes are done with fingers, elbow and thumb.  Treatment focuses on specific areas and provides long lasting relief of chronic muscle tension and pain to the soft muscle tissue.  Trigger point therapy is included in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

                                           

Dunn's River Stone Massage

Soothingly heated river stones are placed on certain points of the body along trigger points.  The heat from the stones penetrates the muscle fibers, causing tremendous relaxation.  This is combined with massage to further soothe and relax your muscles.

 

Pregnancy Massage

60 min……$70.00

Pregnancy protocols are used to protect mother and baby.  Stage of pregnancy is 3 months or more.  Not for high risk pregnancy.
